Hundreds of activities are available in Scouting, from high-adrenaline outdoor activities to simple hall-based ones.
You can try popular modern activities like geocaching, power boating and mountain biking or the time-tested Scouting classics, like camping, canoeing and hiking, so members can build life skills and enjoy the great outdoors.
Our Activity Teams can provide Leaders and youth members with a number of activities covered in the Outdoor Adventure Skills and Special Interest Areas.
No matter what activities you are planning, we must do them safely. To assist with this, Scouts Tasmania now has an online Risk Assessment Tool that will allow Leaders to create a Risk Management Plan for common Scouting activities.
