The Tasmanian Contingent is looking for a unique logo design that will inspire the development of our official AJ2028 Tasmanian Contingent badge. The winning design will help represent Tasmania at the 27th Australian Jamboree in Elmore, Victoria.
Who Can Enter?
The competition is open to all Cub Scouts and Scouts who are planning to attend AJ2028 as part of the Tasmanian Contingent.
Whether you’re an experienced artist or simply have a creative idea, we’d love to see your design!
The Challenge
Create a badge design that celebrates:
- Tasmania
- Scouting
- Adventure
- AJ2028
Your design can be:
- Hand drawn
- Painted
- Digitally created
- Computer-generated
Don’t worry if your design isn’t badge-shaped or professionally finished—we’re looking for great ideas and creativity.

Your design must include:
✅ The outline or shape of Tasmania as the background or border
✅ A Tasmanian Devil theme
✅ The Scouts Australia emblem
✅ The wording:
- “AJ2028”
- “Tasmanian Contingent”
- “Elmore Victoria”

Prizes & Recognition
The winning design will be used by the Tasmanian Contingent as the basis for the official AJ2028 contingent badge and will become part of our Jamboree identity.
The designer will also receive recognition across the Tasmanian Contingent and Scouts Tasmania communications.
